How capacity, collaboration and sharing work.
Anyone who has the link can open the report and download PDF, CSV and JSON. The recipient does not need an account. The link is read-only, expires automatically after 7 days and can be revoked by the owner immediately.
No. Each member with write access can lead a separate game at the same time. You can also score the same game and divide responsibilities. Both use the same seats; separate games are not an additional quota.
No. The workspace has one subscription. Invited members need an account, but not their own paid subscription. The owner and internal viewers count as seats. Report link recipients do not use a seat.
The features are the same. Multi has 3 users and up to 3 on one game. Team has 7 users and up to 6 on one game. Club has 20 users and up to 6 on one game.

You keep access to previously saved game history if you cancel your subscription. You can also score new games within the Free limits. On Free, download your PDF while the game is open, then finish without saving.
The subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Web purchases are cancelled in the customer portal; App Store purchases in the App Store. Withdrawal rights for digital services follow Norwegian consumer law - see the subscription terms.
